Stayed here for 2 nights with my dog, had a REALLY COMFORTABLE stay. All of the staff were incredibly nice and pleasant. Marvellous and incredible location, it was close enough to train station, and public transport all over Ticino.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable in the triple room. The room had central heating, satellite television, and a writing table. The hotel is conveniently close to the city center, train station, and shops.

During our recent stay at Hotel Croce Federale, we were delighted with the convenient location of the hotel. Just a short walk from the train station, it was easy for us to explore the beautiful city of Bellinzona. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing.

Although the rooms were a bit small and the bathrooms dated, the cleanliness and proximity to Castel Grande more than made up for it. The buffet breakfast was not the best we've had, with limited options, but the staff was attentive and willing to make special coffee orders for us.
